This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions of the PostOut service provided by Eduhook Private Limited. We want you to be confident in your purchase, and we have made this policy as straightforward as possible.
1. Free Trial
Our Free plan lets you evaluate PostOut at no cost and with no payment details required. We strongly encourage you to test the Service on the Free plan before upgrading to a paid tier.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
If you purchase a paid subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your first successful payment. This applies only to your very first payment for a given plan; subsequent renewals are non-refundable (see Section 4).
To request a refund, email support@postout.io from the email address associated with your account, including:
- Your account email
- The order or payment reference
- A brief reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the unused portion.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Renewal charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next cycle.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Downtime or failure of third-party social media platforms we integrate with.
- Unused features, unused post quotas, or a change of mind after the refund window.
- Renewal charges after the first billing cycle.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Chargebacks
If you disagree with a charge, please contact us first at support@postout.io so we can resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. The policy in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
