PostOut is a fully digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product provided by Eduhook Private Limited. No physical goods are shipped. This page is provided to explain how access to the Service is delivered after a successful purchase.
1. Digital Delivery
PostOut is delivered online through our web application at postout.io. Upon creating an account or completing a successful payment for a paid plan, access to the relevant features is enabled on your account immediately and automatically. There is no manual shipment, courier, or handling involved.
2. Activation Time
In the vast majority of cases, paid features become available within a few seconds of successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway. In rare cases involving payment verification or bank delays, activation may take up to 24 hours.
3. How to Access the Service
- Sign in to your PostOut account at postout.io/login.
- Connect your social media accounts from the Accounts section.
- Start composing, scheduling, or automating posts from your dashboard.
4. Delivery Confirmation
A payment receipt and order confirmation are sent to your registered email address after each successful transaction. If you have not received a confirmation email within a few minutes of payment, please check your spam folder and then contact support@postout.io.
5. Non-Delivery or Activation Issues
If your plan has not been activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact us at support@postout.io with your order reference and payment details. We will investigate and resolve the issue, or issue a full refund if activation cannot be completed.
6. No Physical Shipping
Because PostOut is a digital service, we do not:
- Charge any shipping or handling fees.
- Ship physical products, CDs, DVDs, hardware, or printed materials.
- Use courier, postal, or logistics providers.
